Acceptance

By using startabizz.com (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by startabizz.com, Lyongade 16, 2300 Copenhagen, Denmark, CVR DK41552190.

The challenge

The First to $5,000 challenge is a free 14-day program. It includes four classes, taught live twice a week, and course materials. You pick your class start date when you sign up. Each class is limited to 20 spots. Spots are given in signup order, and we may move you to a later class if the one you signed up for is full.

The challenge is free. Signing up does not create any payment obligation.

The prize

The first participant in a class to collect $5,000 in revenue during the 14 days of the challenge wins free access to our one-on-one coaching program.

• Revenue must come from your own service business and be collected (paid, not just invoiced) during the challenge period.
• To claim the prize, you must show reasonable proof of the payments, for example payment processor records or bank statements with sensitive details redacted.
• One winner per class. If no participant reaches $5,000, no prize is awarded for that class.
• The prize is personal, cannot be transferred, and has no cash alternative.
• We make the final call on whether the conditions are met, and we apply the same standard to everyone.

No earnings guarantee

We teach and coach; we do not promise results. Any numbers we mention, including the $5,000 goal and results of past clients, are examples of what is possible, not what is typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on your situation, your effort, and factors outside anyone's control. Some participants will make nothing.

Our content is educational guidance, not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Verify any specific claim before acting on it, and consult a qualified professional for regulated questions.

Email and consent

By signing up you consent to us contacting you about the challenge by email. You can withdraw consent and ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@startabizz.com. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Submit false personal data or someone else's information without permission
• Use automated tools to spam the sign-up flow
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or break the Service
• Resell or republish the challenge materials, classes, or frameworks as your own product

Live classes and recordings

Classes are held live in a group, twice a week. We record them so participants who miss one can watch back, to improve the program, and, as covered by the consent you give at signup, to share clips on our media channels. By joining a class, you agree to being part of the recording; you can join with your camera off, and you can ask us to remove your appearance from shared clips at any time. Do not record classes yourself or share recordings outside the program.

Be respectful in class and in any group channels. We can remove anyone who is abusive, spams the group, or pitches their own offers to other participants.

Intellectual property

The Service, the challenge curriculum, the classes, the materials, and all branding belong to startabizz.com. Everything you build with them for your own business is yours: your offer, your scripts, your clients, your revenue. You keep full ownership of the answers you provide when signing up.

Paid programs

Our paid coaching programs are separate from the challenge and are governed by their own agreements. Nothing in the challenge obligates you to buy anything, and nothing on this website is a binding offer to sell until both sides sign an agreement.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the challenge will result in business success or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, startabizz.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under Danish or EU law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the Danish courts. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the statutory protections of your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. If a change materially affects your use of the Service, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
